Target dates for publishing material on the website. In the event of factors outside the control of the publishers delaying publication beyond these dates, the publisher will bear no responsibility.

Booking more than one Quarter

The content of each Advert may change as long as this is clearly indicated on the Members Form and new artwork is provided by the Material Deadline. Changing an Advert midway through a booked Quarter will incur a fee.

Copy 

Copy for Membership Listing and Adverts should be checked carefully before submitting.

Additional Charges 

One copy change for Membership Listing is included in price. Subsequent changes incur an hourly rate of $65 per hour.

Supplying Artwork to CPBC

Acceptable format: High resolution jpgs at 100%.  Adverts do not bleed. Adverts must be supplied at correct size of 700 pixels (W) x 310 pixels (H)  which is 593 mm x 262 mm. Advert Type Area is 608 pixels (W) x 278 pixels (H) or 515 mm x 235 mm. NB: keep all important type within this area so it is not obscured by the banner’s navigation arrows or bottom gray bar. Chamber can design and create artwork for adverts at an additional cost.  Contact the Chamber for a quote.

See Terms & Conditions on the Members Booking Form.  Adverts will only be published when booking forms are signed by the Member and approved by CPBC, and paid for in advance.
